Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
Hygiene and Sanitation: Operate commercial dishwashers, scrub pots/pans, sanitize food preparation surfaces, and empty trash.
Stock Management: Receive food deliveries, unpack, weigh, check supplies, and rotate stock correctly to prevent waste.
Kitchen Support: Retrieve necessary utensils for the line cooks, keep working areas clear, and assist during busy peak services
