Role Profile & Key Duties
The Business Analyst / Operations Coordinator ensures that our strategic goals align perfectly with our daily operational execution.
1. Operations Coordination & Workforce Logistics
Rostering & Scheduling: Manage complex staff schedules and shift allocations, ensuring optimal site coverage and rapid response to short-notice client requests.
Compliance & Credentials: Monitor and audit personnel files to ensure all security guards hold valid state-specific licenses, first aid certifications, and necessary site inductions.
Incident & Escalation Management: Act as a central point of contact for field staff and clients, resolving operational scheduling conflicts or service issues swiftly.
2. Business Analysis & Performance Insights
Financial & Labor Analysis: Track operational labor costs against project budgets, identifying variances and optimizing roster efficiency to protect profit margins.
KPI Tracking: Develop, monitor, and report on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as shift fulfillment rates, incident response times, and client satisfaction metrics.
Process Optimization: Map out current operational workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks (such as manual payroll or communication delays), and design streamlined, automated processes.
3. Systems & Digital Transformation
Internal Tools Management: Serve as the functional expert for our workforce management tools, ensuring clean data entry and system integrity.
App & System Deployment: Assist leadership in defining requirements, testing, and rolling out custom staff management mobile applications and compliance features.
4. Client & Stakeholder Relations
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly or monthly operational performance reports for key corporate clients.
Quoting Support: Analyze historical cost data to support management in calculating accurate, competitive billing rates for new security project tenders.
Key Focus for the First 90 Days: The successful candidate will focus heavily on auditing current rostering compliance standards across our various operating regions and identifying immediate opportunities to reduce administrative overhead through improved digital workflows.
Pay: $92,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
