As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This is far more than a traditional administration role, it's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner, working alongside the Managing Director across marketing, sales administration, business development and executive operations.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while supporting sales campaigns, marketing initiatives alongside our marketing Executive and new business opportunities.
No two days will be the same.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage a busy diary, meetings, travel and appointments.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and email.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and project marketing material.
- Support the sales team with administration, reporting and CRM management.
- Prepare contracts, documentation and client correspondence.
- Liaise with developers, consultants, clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate seminars, property launches and corporate events
- Assist with business development initiatives and strategic projects.
- Manage databases, reports and executive presentations.
- Ensure the office operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
About You
- You are someone who enjoys taking ownership and is always one step ahead.
- You'll ideally have: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Sales Administrator.
- Experience in property, real estate or project marketing (preferred but not essential).
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
- High attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for helping a business grow.
