Andrews Partners is a well-established Chartered Accounting practice based in Marrickville, in Sydney's Inner West. Founded in 2005, we provide proactive, tailored taxation and business advisory services to a diverse client base of individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs across a broad range of industries.
We are a growing firm with an energetic, dynamic and supportive team culture. As we expand, and to provide coverage for senior team members going on maternity leave, we are looking to add several experienced accountants to our team.
About the Roles
We have multiple opportunities available, suited to candidates with 5-10+ years of experience. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered, including roles well suited to parents returning to the workforce who need flexibility.
You will work across a varied portfolio including:
- Individual income tax returns
- Company, trust and partnership tax compliance and advisory
- Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) compliance and advisory
- Business advisory and client relationship management
- Liaising directly with clients on tax planning, compliance and general business matters
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5-10+ years' experience in Australian public practice accounting
- Strong technical knowledge across tax compliance for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients
- A proactive, client-focused approach and genuine interest in helping businesses grow
- Experience with Xero and/or MYOB (highly regarded)
- CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
