We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our operations team and support the continued growth of the business.
About the Role
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of cleaning teams across a portfolio of sites.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role ensures cleaning services are delivered consistently to Realcorp’s quality standards, staff are supported and developed, and client relationships are proactively managed.
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The majority of sites operate during business hours; however, some evening availability is required for inspections and operational support.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Quality
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality standards are maintained
- Identify and resolve cleaning issues or service gaps promptly
- Support safety compliance across all sites within the portfolio
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks where required
- Ensure cleaners are following site scopes, schedules, and procedures
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, coach, and support cleaning staff
- Lead teams to deliver consistent service outcomes
- Foster a positive and professional team culture
- Support staff development and performance improvement
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and site stakeholders
- Respond professionally to client queries and concerns
- Represent the Realcorp brand professionally at all times
Administration & Reporting
- Respond to staff and client queries between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Conduct at least one evening inspection per week
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting
- Communicate issues and updates to the Operations Manager
About You

Spanish language skills are highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
- Current full driver’s licence
- Full-time availability
- Full working rights in Australia
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or facilities services
- Ability to travel between sites across Melbourne when required

Experience
- Cleaning or facilities services: 2 years minimum preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Licence / Certification
- Driver Licence required
- WWCC Preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
