We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Sage Bakehouse.
About the role:
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to comfortably handle 5–6kg of coffee per shift on your own.
- Experience working with Toby’s Estate coffee (or similar specialty coffee) preferred.
- Consistently produce high-quality coffee and maintain excellent presentation.
- Assist with customer service and contribute to a positive team culture.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience in a busy café.
- Strong latte art and milk texturing skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
- Positive personality with a can-do attitude.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
