We are seeking a Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain & Operations team across Australia & New Zealand. Sitting at the intersection of operational rigour and client experience, you will oversee end-to-end logistics across 16 stores, ensuring every product arrives with the same exactness with which it was created.
Missions
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, lead-time monitoring, and service partner performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Coordinate with regional warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
Verify import and export entries for accuracy across HS codes, duty rates, GST, INCOTERMS, and all relevant documentation.
Ensure CITES compliance and conduct customs reconciliation in line with Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements.
Partner with store teams to optimise daily stock deliveries, product rebalancing, and end-of-season retrieval.
Coordinate logistics for new product launches and exclusive Maison events.
Support stocktake operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
Profil
Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain.
Understanding of Australian customs regulations and import/export compliance.
Experience with SAP and a retail environment is advantageous.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical capability.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure.
