- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the Rail (Power & Electrical) or High Voltage Energy sectors.
- Strong expertise in HV/MV/LV distribution systems, protection equipment, control systems, and SCADA.
- Proven experience in interpreting electrical drawings, design documentation, and technical specifications.
- Confidence in leading and guiding contractors to achieve quality outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience across the full project lifecycle (essential).
- Estimating experience (highly desirable).
