Admin & Personal Assistant (PA) – Luxury Day Spa

We are an upscale, high-end Day Spa located in Bankstown, dedicated to providing an exceptional and tranquil wellness experience for our clients. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and vibrant Admin & Personal Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.
In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily spa administration and the trusted right hand to the Business Owner. If you thrive in a premium hospitality environment, love multi-tasking, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage the Owner’s calendar, coordinate business schedules, and handle professional correspondence.
- Spa Administration: Oversee daily front-desk operations, manage client bookings, answer inquiries (phone, email, social media), and maintain a seamless guest flow.
- Team & Client Bonding: Act as a warm, welcoming ambassador for the brand. Build strong, genuine relationships with our loyal clientele and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
- Inventory & Standards: Assist in ordering spa supplies, tracking inventory, and ensuring the reception and retail areas always meet our high standards of luxury and cleanliness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, executive assistance, or high-end hospitality/spa reception.
- Professional Presentation: As the face of our luxury spa, a polished, well-groomed, and professional appearance is essential. You must embody the clean, elegant, and organized aesthetic of the wellness industry.
- Maturity & Mindset: We are looking for a mature, grounded professional (ideally looking for long-term career stability) who can handle business matters with high confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding personality with a "great bonding" trait—someone naturally warm, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport with clients and staff.
- Communication: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with excellent phone etiquette.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with basic computer skills (booking software, MS Office).

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bankstown NSW 2200: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
