You'll play a key role in helping our frontline teams deliver an easier, more seamless experience for members through sharp forecasting, smart capacity planning and insights that drive action. While workforce planning remains an important part of the role, the real opportunity is in elevating how data, reporting and insights are used across the business.
Working closely with the Service & Experience Leadership Team, Data Office and key enterprise stakeholders, you'll help leaders move beyond understanding what happened to understanding why it happened, what it means, and what action should be taken next.

In this role you will:

- Lead workforce forecasting, capacity planning and resource optimisation across customer channels to support sustainable service outcomes
- Provide strategic recommendations to leaders on workforce effectiveness, productivity, service performance and cost-to-serve opportunities
