What's Different About This Role?
This isn't your average fabrication apprenticeship.
Instead of spending every day welding, you'll become part of our Cutting & Machinery Team, where you'll develop skills that will make you stand out in the industry.
You'll receive hands-on training operating advanced manufacturing equipment including:
- CNC Fibre Laser Cutter
- CNC Plasma & Oxy Cutting Table
- Press Brake
- Plate Rolling
- Section Rolling
- Steel preparation and machining
- Light fabrication and assembly
You'll still use your fabrication skills, but you'll also learn the technology that modern manufacturing is built on.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Is in their 3rd or 4th year of a Fabrication Apprenticeship
- Wants to expand their skills beyond welding
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys learning
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Can work well both independently and within a team
- Is reliable, motivated and safety focused
- We also encourage really good 2nd Year Fabrication Apprentices to apply.
