As Team Leader - Child and Youth Mental Health Service, you'll help young people and families access high-quality mental health care. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide leadership that strengthens services and delivers meaningful outcomes for the community.

Leading a team to deliver safe, recovery-focused care for children, young people and families.
Providing leadership and support that helps staff grow, collaborate and succeed.
Driving quality improvement and service initiatives that enhance care delivery.

You're a compassionate and capable leader who brings people together and inspires positive change. You balance clinical expertise with operational leadership and enjoy supporting teams to deliver their best. You'll take pride in strengthening services and improving outcomes for young people and families.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant professional registration, or eligibility for registration, within your discipline.
Experience in mental health practice, including assessment, care planning and risk management.
Proven leadership skills, including team development and service improvement.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in mental health or leadership and/or experience leading multidisciplinary services.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction.
Together, you'll help shape better mental health outcomes for young people, families and the wider community.
