YOUR IMPACT
You keep supply chain projects moving when complexity builds and timelines tighten. Working alongside the Project Manager – Supply Chain, you steady delivery, enforce structure and ensure projects land on time and within budget. You bring consistency to governance, sharpen reporting and step in when projects drift, turning risk into clear action. Your work underpins how Asahi Beverages executes projects that improve operations and support strategic direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive adoption of PMO methodologies across supply chain projects, embedding consistent governance standards and lifting the quality of project delivery
- Audit project governance and artefacts with Project Managers and Sponsors to ensure compliance with PMO frameworks and maintain delivery discipline
- Guide risk management by ensuring risks are identified, communicated and mitigated, enabling informed business decisions and resilient solutions
- Coordinate project progress with Project Leads, tracking against plans, supporting resource scheduling and addressing projects that fall off track
- Produce high-quality status reporting and dashboards, ensuring financials, metrics and documentation meet CPMO standards and support portfolio visibility
ABOUT YOU
- Prior project management capability across budget, benefits, scheduling and team coordination ideally within a supply chain, manufacturing or logistics-based environment.
Demonstrated business and IT acumen, applying both technical understanding and commercial awareness to project environments
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all levels, adapting your approach to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes
Analytical thinking and problem solving with structure, using insight to navigate complexity and improve delivery performance
- You build effective working relationships and bring the interpersonal skill to influence, negotiate and support change across project teams
