St Johns Park Bowling Club is a leading employer in the hospitality industry in South-Western Sydney and currently has opportunities available for Casual Club Attendants.
All staff that is employed with St Johns Park Bowling Club are trained and rotated between various departments (Bar/Gaming/Restaurant/Coffee Shop etc. when possible) ensuring that multi-skilling of our staff retains us as one of the newest leaders of people management.
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and want to join a growing brand. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work on a rotating roster as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Pay Rate:
- Mon - Fri: $33.98
- Sat: $40.78
- Sun: $47.57
Main responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Ensuring effective replenishment of beverage products;
- Restocking and replenishing of all stock required
- Providing exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;
- General cleaning duties as required.
- Any other relevant duties assigned by management
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Positive attitude and passionate about customer service
- Have a current RSA/RCG
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously;
- Have the ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work
- Have effective time management
- High standard of personal grooming
