As our Manager Cyber Strategy & Risk, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and managing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our cyber security consulting and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practice. You will partner with customers to strengthen their cyber resilience, manage risk, and meet evolving regulatory obligations. This role combines people leadership, customer engagement, strategic growth, and consulting delivery, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced cyber security leader ready to shape the future of our cyber consulting services.

- Enhance our visibility and reputation as a trusted leader in the cyber security consulting domain.
- Shape customer cyber resilience through strategic roadmaps and multi-year security programs.
- Build strong customer relationships through the delivery of quality solutions and exceptional outcomes.
- Partner with sales, pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling proposals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster innovation, and staying ahead of emerging trends.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving productivity and professional growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading cyber security consulting engagements, ideally in an MSP or multi-customer environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex security concepts.
- Experience delivering services in customer-facing roles, including crafting and delivering presentations.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF and/or Essential Eight.
- Certifications in CISSP, CISM or CRISC are desirable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated thought leadership within the cyber security industry would also be highly beneficial.
