What You’ll Do
As a Draftsperson in our Greenfields team, you'll be a detail-oriented person who will support project delivery through the review and coordination of structural working drawings. While the majority of drawings are prepared offshore via MiTek, this role is critical in checking accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing any required onshore variations or amendments. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation standards, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs across multiple projects.
Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery across projects, contributing to a collaborative team that’s shaping the future of drafting at ABN Group.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience using ArchiCAD (Revit exposure is a bonus!)
- Understanding of contract documentation and construction techniques
- Knowledge of construction codes and residential building practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and pride in your work
