About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team as a contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and strong multidisciplinary support.
We are looking for a Therapist who is confident and comfortable in working with a range of MSK conditions. The role includes a combination of In clinic work as well as days / hours in the local gyms we support. This will entail injury prevention work shops, 1 on 1 rehab and even assistance with training and improvings gym goes form.
We are looking for someone energetic to take on both roles (In clinic as well as In gym work) however taking on one or the other can be discussed if both are too difficult to manage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services within the clinic, community, and gym settings.
- Design and supervise exercise and rehabilitation programs to improve strength, mobility, function, and independence.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, reports, and treatment reviews.
- Collaborate with clients, families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes and goals.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA Registration
- ABN (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and report-writing abilities
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience with various MSK conditions
- Gym experience and training ability
