Due to our success and growth, several opportunities have arisen for Bush Regenerators who want to further develop their field skills and knowledge around South East Queensland in an exciting role with Technigro.
Positions are available to those who reside in Brisbane / Logan / Northern Gold areas.
Bush Regenerator Team Leader
You will lead small teams on multiple sites, who are dedicated to providing quality work for both our clients and the environment, by coordinating team activities, training team members and supporting management with client relationships.
Requirements of the Role
- Certificate II in Conservation Land Management or equivalent
- Proven practical experience in bushland/natural areas restoration or vegetation management
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Proven ability to mentor, motivate and provide feedback to staff
- High level native plant/weed ID skills for the SE QLD region
- High level knowledge of bushland/natural area restoration techniques and knowledge of weed control techniques
- Open Manual C Class Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Have the ability to operate and maintain equipment and hand tools used for restoration (Brush cutter, Hedger, Hand tools)
- Be physically fit, have the ability to follow instruction and work well with other team members
Highly Desirable
- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Chainsaw licence
- ACDC licence
- Fire Ant Training
Metered Standpipe Licence
