Details: Do you have some experience working in a library or would love to work in one? We are looking for someone with a keen interest in providing the Canberra community access to quality digital resources, magazines and newspapers to join Libraries ACT's Collections Team as the Subscriptions Officer. As part of the day-to-day duties and responsibilities, you will be using the library’s integrated library management system and vendor platforms to oversee all subscriptions, including physical magazines, newspapers and digital resources.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Relevant tertiary (undergraduate and/or postgraduate) qualification in library and information studies (as defined by ALIA), or progress toward the qualification, is desirable.
Notes: An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
