The Opportunity
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide executive and project support in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, helping shape ways of working as our organisation continues to grow and mature. You'll keep priorities moving by managing schedules, correspondence, meetings and events, while coordinating projects and implementing effective systems that enable the team to perform at its best.

What you will deliver
- Provide high-quality executive and administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, reporting, meetings, invoices and records management.
- Coordinate information, systems and workflows, ensuring quality, timeliness, governance and effective project and issue support.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration, professionalism and a positive team culture.
What you will bring
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, bringing a proactive mindset and partnering across the organisation.
- Proven success supporting senior executives, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities and keeping critical work on track.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, producing clear, high-quality written materials and applying sound judgement to complex issues.
- Highly organised and systems-savvy, with experience managing diaries, documents and finances, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills; Power BI experience is desirable.
