Avenues Montessori Children’s House is an Exceeding service and operates within long day care hours to support the families and children of Bowen Hills, Brisbane Australia and surrounding areas.
The opportunity
We have a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team of friendly and passionate Educators on a permanent full-time basis at our Bowen Hills Montessori Centre.
Skills and requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (Recognised by ACECQA)
- Montessori 3-6 Diploma preferred but not essential
- Prior teaching experience in a childcare environment is preferred, but not essential (Teacher Registration is advantageous)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certification and valid Blue Card
- Enjoy co-collaborating, developing and maintaining open relationships with parents and fellow Educators
- Excellent communication, planning and time management skills
