What You'll Be Doing

- Review current ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot payroll and system-related issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve payroll outcomes and employee experience.
- Develop and enhance payroll reporting, dashboards, and data insights.
- Create process guides, training materials, and knowledge resources for payroll users.
- Work closely with external vendors and support partners to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys helping others learn, solving problems, and turning system capability into practical business outcomes.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience working with Workday Payroll in Australia is a must.
- Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge and understanding of Australian payroll legislation.
- Experience supporting a Workday implementation, optimisation, or payroll transformation.
- The ability to build team capability and coach payroll users at varying levels of experience.
- Experience developing payroll processes, documentation, and operating procedures.
