Graceful Provisions Services is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to join our team and support participants across Western Sydney. This casual role involves providing personalised care and support to participants with a range of disabilities, helping them live independently and engage with their local community.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting participants with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Accompanying participants to appointments, social activities, and community events.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to help participants achieve their goals.
- Documenting participants' progress and updating care plans as required.
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Caring, patient, reliable, and professional.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable providing personal and complex care, or willing to learn.
Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Committed to respectful, person-centred support.
Pay: $40.00 per hour
