About the role
This role works closely with our CRM Manager, as part of our broader Business Development, Communications & Marketing team to manage and optimise usage across the firm of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role plays a key part in ensuring our lawyers and BD professionals have access to high quality data and meaningful client insights. If you enjoy improving systems, solving data challenges and helping others work smarter, this role will be a great fit. You will be part of a team who work collaboratively together focussing on ensuring our CRM System drives and contributes towards operational excellence through enabling the firm to better understand and engage with our markets and clients.
The position is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days per week. The role is very flexible in terms of days, hours and working from home arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the quality, accuracy and integrity of CRM data
- Supporting the BD team and lawyers with contact management, client updates and list creations
- Building reports for client insights and data quality
- Assisting with CRM marketing campaigns
- Work on initiatives around client engagement
- Enhancing the CRM system
About You
In order to be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
- 12+ months admin experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience using Interaction is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail along with good problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise work
- A willingness to learn
