We are seeking a Tool Repair Technician to join our team at United Tools Berwick.
The role can be tailored to suit your needs being a part time or full time position.
The primary responsibility is to carry out quality repairs and service on all major brands of power tools, air tools, small engines and other equipment in a timely manner.
Ideal applicants will possess a strong technical and mechanical aptitude alongside excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Assessing and repairing a wide range of tools
- Responding to customer queries in a professional manner
- Assisting in the Sales area as required
Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
You will be required to have the ability to work autonomously and as as part of a small team.
The ideal applicant will have experience in a similar role and in return an attractive remuneration package will be offered based on experience.
Experience is preferred but not essential to the role as on the job training will be provided for the successful applicant.
