As a Team Leader Housekeeping you will lead the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping and laundry services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment for residents, visitors, and team members. You will play a key role in maintaining exceptional cleaning and laundry standards while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and Australian Standards for Laundry and Cleaning Practices.
Working closely with residents, staff, and stakeholders, you will drive service excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a positive and safety-focused team culture.
Manage departmental budgets, including labour, cleaning, and laundry costs, ensuring budget targets and rostered hours are achieved.
Oversee the ordering, delivery, inventory control, and storage of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
