$259,763 salary package - includes base salary ($229 693), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
You will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of programs that transform the systems that support education delivery at TAFE NSW. You will oversee program governance, stakeholder engagement, change management and communication ensuring an integrated and coordinated approach to achieving organisational outcomes.
Operating in a dynamic and complex environment, you will partner with executive leaders, technical teams, business stakeholders and project teams to drive innovation, manage competing priorities and successfully embed change across the organisation.
About you
You are a collaborative and influential leader with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation and business improvement initiatives in large, dynamic environments. You bring strong stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and program delivery expertise, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, build consensus, and drive sustainable outcomes. You have experience supporting the implementation of technology and business systems, ensuring successful adoption through effective planning, governance, communication, and change management. You thrive in environments undergoing significant change, provide trusted advice to senior leaders, and are passionate about developing high-performing teams while maintaining a strong customer focus.
