This role is ideal for someone early in their ICT career who is motivated to learn, values public service, and enjoys helping others.
In this role, you will:
- Providing first-level ICT support via phone, email, and service management tools
- Logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents and requests in accordance with SLAs
- Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and application issues
- Supporting user access, password resets, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Escalating complex issues to specialist teams as required
- Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to knowledge articles
- Delivering professional, patient-centred customer service aligned to NSW Health values

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- You are customer-focused, organised, and keen to develop your ICT skills within a public sector environment.
- A strong interest in ICT and service desk support
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications
- Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively in a team and follow established processes
