Guest Experience Agent – AAT Kings, Yulara
At the heart of Uluru, AAT Kings brings the Red Centre to life for guests from all over the world. As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll be the friendly voice and face that turns a day tour booking into the start of an unforgettable adventure.
This role is all about connecting people with experiences - whether you're helping a guest choose the right tour, dispatching coaches each morning, or making sure every booking runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll do
- Promote, sell and provide advice on Day Tours and other AAT Kings products - over the phone or face-to-face
- Dispatch coaches, collect payments and check passengers off against manifests
- Process bookings accurately in our reservations system, along with related admin
- Build strong product knowledge across Day Tours and key third-party offerings
- Get involved in promotional events, sometimes outside normal working hours
- Work closely with Operations, other departments, hotels and suppliers to keep things running seamlessly
- Deliver excellent customer service while helping maximise sales
- Build relationships with drivers and guides, following correct dispatch procedures
- Help create a positive, motivated environment for the wider day tours team
What you'll bring
- Experience in a customer service environment - essential
- Office administration and/or computer skills - preferred
- Travel industry experience - highly regarded
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure
- Great conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- A positive, self-motivated, team-first attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
