Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the commercial sales and leasing division
- Develop and execute strategic business growth plans
- Secure high-value commercial and development site listings
- Prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions
- Mentor, manage, and develop commercial sales agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and asset owners
- Oversee pipeline management, reporting, and revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate sales
- Proven track record of high-value transactions and consistent performance
- Strong leadership capability with mentoring experience
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Victorian Real Estate Licence (essential)
