Overview:
The Larry D. Thompson Internship will award up to two (2) penultimate or final year law students with a unique opportunity to complete a paid 8-week in-house internship with PepsiCo ANZ.
The internship will commence on 11 January 2027 and is scheduled to run for 8 weeks on a full-time basis (however, this can be flexible based on your university or work commitments). The internship will take place at PepsiCo ANZ’s head office in North Sydney.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with members of our Legal team and will be supported during your internship by an in-house counsel mentor. The internship aims to give you exposure to different business functions from a legal perspective, with meaningful work such as legal research, drafting advice, contract reviews, and marketing reviews. Additionally, the internship aims to provide you with insights on the roles that key functions play in the organisation, to give you a broader commercial understanding of how our business operates.
