An IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to clients by managing service performance, coordinating technical teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on meeting service level agreements (SLAs), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of IT services in accordance with agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate technical support teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and prepare operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage service risks, escalations, and incident resolution.
- Oversee resource planning and team performance.
- Collaborate with project teams during service transitions and implementations.
- Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and organizational policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using ITIL principles.
Pay: From $11,000.00 per month
