Join our Trinder Park Home Care team as a Registered Nurse, where you'll do more than deliver exceptional clinical care. You'll build meaningful relationships with clients, provide reassurance and support, and empower older Australians to live independently with dignity, comfort, and purpose in their own homes.
Role Type: Permanent Part Time | 60hrs fortnight
Remuneration: $39.96 - $48.43 ph (experience dependent) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits.
Location: Based at Trinder Park Home Care in Woodridge & includes clinical visits across the Gold Coast, Tallebudgera, and Nundah (North Brisbane) area.
**A fleet vehicle is provided for all work-related travel. The successful candidate will be reliable, flexible, and have excellent time management skills.**

Make a Real Difference – Deliver Care at Home:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care in clients’ homes.
- Conduct nursing assessments, develop nursing care plans, and complete clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical advice to clients and families, ensuring dignity, choice, and independence.
- Collaborate with Home Care Managers, Coordinators, and external health professionals.
- Ensure compliance within Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation, and Lutheran Services policies.
About You:
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Ideally experienced in home care & aged care or community nursing.
- Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence and a fully comprehensively insured and reliable vehicle. Must be willing to drive between locations where required to do so.
- Ability to support care partners and support staff with clinical needs.
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain).
