Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks in a respectful, person-centred way
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting residents with domestic routines and structured activities
- Encouraging participation in recreational and social programs
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- A genuine interest in helping others in a residential care setting
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Availability for Afternoon, Sleepover and Active Night shifts
