McMahon Services is seeking experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to join our Industrial & Remediation team.
Working across industrial, remediation, demolition and civil projects, this role offers the opportunity to operate a range of heavy plant and specialised attachments while contributing to the successful delivery of complex project outcomes across Perth metropolitan and regional Western Australia.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will operate a variety of plant and equipment to support the safe and efficient delivery of industrial, remediation, demolition and civil works.
Working across diverse project environments, you will play a key role in delivering project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance. Regional work may be required, with applicable allowances provided.
What You'll Do
- Operate excavators up to 50 tonnes and other earthmoving plant
- Undertake rock breaking, grading and trim work
- Operate specialist attachments including shears and sift buckets
- Operate skid steers, water carts and support plant as required
- Support demolition, remediation and civil construction activities
- Complete pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain plant in a safe, clean and serviceable condition
- Comply with all WHSEQ requirements and project procedures
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience operating heavy plant within construction, demolition, remediation or civil environments
- Proven ability to safely operate excavators and a range of mobile plant and attachments
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to high-performing project teams

- HR Driver's Licence
- Senior First Aid certification
- Experience operating a diverse range of plant and specialised attachments
