Multiple Positions - Ward 43 & Ward 23 (Please indicate your preference on application)
Our Medical ward (Ward 43) and Medical/Surgical Ward (Ward 23) are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurses to join their team providing care to a range of patient conditions. As a Clinical Nurse on our Wards, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert bedside care, specialising in the complex management of patients undergoing general medical and surgical treatments and recovery.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.
This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.
About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in medical or surgical services

Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
-
A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
-
Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
