The Role
PLC invites applications from dynamic, engaging Mathematic educators. This full time, ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2027 experience in teaching of General Mathematics (Years 11 & 12) and Mathematics across Years 7-10.
About You
Reporting to the Head of Mathematics, you will be confident in guiding, developing and nurturing our students’ love of learning Mathematics. As PLC is a high performing school, you will understand the need for strong classroom practice and the maintenance of high standards amongst our students.
You will also demonstrate:
- VCAA assessing and curriculum development experience (desired)
- the ability to work within and contribute to a team, particularly in the context of planning units of work and related assessments
- commitment to excellence and best practice in teaching and learning
- outstanding communication skills, marked by integrity and compassion
- relevant tertiary qualifications and experience
- current VIT Registration
