About the role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Mountain Creek team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, developing your team, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring the store performs at its best every day.
You'll lead by example, inspire those around you and help build a positive workplace culture where both customers and team members love to be.
What you'll do
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Create a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure outstanding presentation throughout the store, including displays, cleanliness and merchandising.
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
- Manage stock control, ordering and communication with suppliers and production.
- Coach and develop team members through ongoing training and feedback.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively.
- Lead by example and maintain a calm, organised environment during busy service periods.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience managing a café, bakery or hospitality venue.
- A natural leader who enjoys developing and supporting people.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining high standards.
