RBH Directional Drilling Services Pty Ltd is expanding its civil construction operations and is seeking experienced and motivated civil construction personnel to join our growing team.
We are looking for skilled operators and civil workers with demonstrated experience in boxing out pavements, final trim, establishing and maintaining design levels, and constructing subgrades to meet specified falls and tolerances. Experience in pavement preparation, road reinstatement, drainage, utility infrastructure and general civil construction is highly regarded.
Our projects span road construction, underground utility installations, pavement preparation, commercial developments and local government infrastructure works throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia.

Essential Experience
Applicants should demonstrate experience in:
- Boxing out for asphalt and concrete pavements.
- Final trim using excavators and skid steers.
- Establishing and maintaining correct levels and pavement falls.
- Working from laser levels, rotating lasers and construction plans.
- Fine grading and pavement preparation.
- Civil earthworks and utility installations.
- Operating machinery safely around live services.
- Working to tight tolerances and quality specifications.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' civil construction experience.
- Construction White Card.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (HR Licence highly regarded).
- Excavator operating experience.
- Strong understanding of civil construction practices.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Physically fit and reliable.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
