It is a community health centre based position requiring travel across sites and into private residences.
This position is based at one centre, however workloads maybe shared across the district.

What you'll be doing
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, high-quality nursing care to clients with chronic and complex healthcare needs under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. You will contribute to positive client outcomes through clinical assessment, care delivery, documentation and effective communication with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and scope of practice
- Conduct client observations and assessments, recognising and escalating clinical concerns when required
- Support clients with activities of daily living, health management and maintaining independence
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and health records
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the wider healthcare team to promote quality, safe and person-centred care

- Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
