Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift (valid FL licence required)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
- Maintain scheduled delivery times with customers
- Complete dispatch and receival documentation
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with daily reporting and general admin duties
Skills and Experiences:
About You
We’re looking for someone reliable, driven, and enthusiastic about the fast-paced world of fresh produce. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Availability to work Monday - Friday + weekend possibility, starting early mornings (1am)
- 2+ years of forklift experience with a current high-risk forklift licence (FL) and car licence
- Understanding of dispatch/receival processes (fresh produce or perishable goods experience is a bonus!)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Experience with computer systems (Ironbark preferred)
