We are seeking an Automotive Coster & Invoicer to join our Team in Kirrawee, Monday to Friday (7:30am to 5:30pm)
You will be supporting our service operations by preparing quotes & invoices, & liaising between our service team and our customers via phone.
This is a non-customer facing position.
- Costing/invoicing paperwork for each customer
- Reviewing and processing quotations
- Liaise between the workshop and customer for any required repairs, sales or warranty operations
- Previous or current experience as an Automotive Coster/ Invoicer OR Automotive Service Advisor - highly regarded
- Experience using ERA Net/ ERA Power & Triage - highly regarded
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
- You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment
- You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
- You will have a can-do approach where no task is too hard
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm
