This is an Accounts Payable position with genuine international scope — supporting King Living's global entities across multi-currency environments, cross-border transactions and overseas AP personnel. You will work closely with the Finance Shared Services Manager, manage global payment runs, maintain vendor profiles, and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of AP processes that underpin the financial health of a fast-growing global business.

What You Will Own
Accounts Payable Processing
Process supplier invoices accurately and on time in SAP — ensuring proper account coding, Capex and PO compliance, and timely approval from relevant stakeholders.
Payments, Reporting & Reconciliations
Prepare and process daily, weekly and monthly global payment runs — reconciling payment clearing accounts, vendor statements and month-end accruals within deadline.
Vendor & Inbox Management
Set up and maintain vendor profiles in SAP, validate ABNs and bank detail changes, and manage the Accounts email inbox — ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries.
Cross-Functional Support
Work collaboratively across Finance, Retail and Operations teams — supporting overseas AP personnel with queries and contributing to month-end and audit processes as required.
Who You Are
You will likely come from an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer role within a large-scale business — ideally with exposure to international operations, multi-currency transactions and inventory-based environments. What matters most is your accuracy, your initiative, and your ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the detail.
You are a naturally curious, detail-driven finance professional who takes genuine ownership of your work — and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar AP role within a large-scale business with international operations
- Experience with inventory, foreign currency and cross-border transactions
- Contribute to system implementation and enhancements within a growing global finance function.
- Intermediate Excel skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Sound understanding of account coding and cost centre allocation
- Experience with SAP B1 is a strong advantage
- Accounting qualifications highly desirable
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — never afraid to speak up or escalate when needed
- Highly accurate with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
