What you'll be doing
The Project Officer for Collaborative Commissioning (Far West LHD) will promote, develop and monitor strategic change management for the program and initiatives that will improve the level and quality of health services delivery in Far West LHD.
The role will work collaboratively with LHD managers, the Care Partnerships Diabetes team and clinicians and other key stakeholders to facilitate the innovation of new programs and frameworks by undertaking a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities in development and delivery of relevant projects, in line with strategic and business objectives.
