Your new role:
As a Senior Dental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist, you will provide high-level clinical care while leading and supporting a team of oral health professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will play an integral role in clinical governance, education, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level dental/oral health therapy services for patients with complex oral health needs.
Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and education to less experienced practitioners and students.
Lead quality improvement, research and service development projects across Metro South Oral Health.
Contribute to service planning, clinical governance and multidisciplinary care delivery.
