The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Skin Therapist or Dermal Therapist who wants to work with clients seeking genuine skin transformation.
Every day you'll perform detailed consultations, create personalised treatment plans and deliver advanced skin treatments that make a real difference.
Your work may include:
- Advanced skin consultations
- Acne management
- Extraction facials
- IPL skin rejuvenation
- Skin needling
- Chemical peels
- LED therapy
- EMS
- Personalised home-care planning
Most importantly, you'll build lasting relationships with clients who trust you to guide them through their skin journey.

What Your Week Looks Like
Every day starts with a team huddle so everyone begins focused and connected.
Every week includes paid education, hands-on workshops and advanced clinical training.
Every fortnight you'll have dedicated one-on-one mentoring with Sheridan to support your professional growth.
You'll have clear goals, ongoing coaching and regular feedback because becoming a better therapist shouldn't be left to chance.

- $34–$42 per hour depending on experience.

We'd Love To Meet Someone Who
Has a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or qualifications in Dermal Therapy.
Has at least three years of clinical experience.
Has experience performing IPL (excluding hair removal), skin needling and chemical peels.
Understands skin physiology and enjoys educating clients.
Feels confident recommending treatment plans and home care because they're focused on achieving the best outcomes—not simply making sales.
Is naturally curious, enjoys learning and wants to become even better.
If you have advanced extraction skills, acne experience or Dermal Therapy qualifications, we'd love to hear about them.
