Based in Henderson, the Document Controller is responsible for managing project technical data, working both independently and collaboratively to meet defined objectives under guidance. The position requires knowledge of document control systems and approved software, contributing to effective project and team support.

What’s Involved
- Manage document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, and distribution
- Upload, publish, and maintain technical documentation and metadata within the DMS
- Ensure version control and maintain accurate engineering document libraries
- Track revisions, approvals, and maintain historical records
- Perform quality checks and ensure delivery schedule compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders and process workflows

Prepare and organise audit packs for physical configuration audits

Maintain document registers, transmittals, and handling fast-paced retrieval requests

Manage and expedite supplier deliverables and documentation
You'll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in document control or records management
- Knowledge of electronic document management systems and metadata accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance

A recognised qualification in document control or information management (Desirable)

Experience working in a highly regulated industry with strict documentation requirements (Desirable)

Experience or exposure to Defence projects (Desirable)

Relevant maritime experience (Desirable)
