Responsibilities
- Take orders and provide table service to guests.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails.
- Open and close the bar, ensuring all setups and clean-downs are handled efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar space while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in cocktail bars is preferred.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian fruits and flavors is a bonus.
- Strong customer service skills, a passion for cocktails, and a drive to create memorable experiences for every guest.
Schedule & Availability
- Roles are available on a casual and potential part-time basis
- Operating hours are 5 pm to 2 am, Tuesday to Sunday. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
