Incentives Offered: This position qualifies for incentives under the NSW Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme, including an initial sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, and up to $10,000 each year after (incentive value is dependent on full-time equivalent).

What you’ll be doing:
As the Registered Nurse (RN), you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and have the skills to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
You’ll put your expert relationship-building skills into practice and always demonstrate the core nursing values of patient-centred care, trust and respect in every interaction with patients, carers and colleagues. You‘ll be accountable for establishing and evaluating the patient’s plan of care, in partnership with the patient, their carers and other members of the health care team.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Be a confident / consciousness clinician with an engaging personality aligning with NSW Health Core values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment
Mandatory requirement of this role is current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA)
Ability to work as the In-Charge Nurse across ED (Triage required) / Acute / Aged Care in a rural site
