Step into a high-profile, newly redeveloped shopping centre entering its next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a visible, hands-on leadership role, supporting the transition from delivery into stabilised trading. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and maximise the full potential of the asset.
You’ll be on the ground leading from the front—building strong relationships with retailers and influencing centre performance.
About the role:
Lead day-to-day centre operations and stabilisation, ensuring high standards across presentation, safety and compliance
Build and manage retailer relationships, including onboarding, lease compliance, arrears and issue resolution
Drive foot traffic and customer engagement through marketing campaigns, activations and community events
Identify and execute revenue opportunities, including casual mall leasing and income optimisation initiatives
Support financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and using data insights to improve NOI and asset outcomes
About You
Proven background in managing facilities within a high quality, premium retail asset
Strong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accounting
A professional, approachable style with high attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence
